RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY (Damage in Transit and Unopened Items)

Effective date: April 2026

 

ELIGIBILITY

- Returns are accepted for items damaged in transit and unopened items within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

 

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

- Notify us within 10 days of delivery with order number, photos of the damage, and packaging.

- We will authorize a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

- We may request the return of the damaged item; if so, we will provide a prepaid return label.

 

UNOPENED ITEMS

- Items must be in their original unopened packaging with all contents intact.

- Returns due to change of mind or other reasons are not accepted for opened or used items.

 

PROCESS

- Contact: tg.idsmart@gmail.com

- Include: order number, item(s) affected, description of damage or unopened status, and photos if damaged.

- Resolution: Replacement, store credit, or refund as determined by Roll the Job!.

 

REFUNDS

- Refunds to the original payment method will be issued within 5 days after item receipt and inspection.

- If a return is approved but a replacement is sent, shipping may be charged or discounted according to policy.
