Maricarmen was preparing for a job interview when she found it boring answering question after question.  At that moment she asked her job coach to make the mock interview more interesting and fun for her.  That’s how she designed Roll the Job! - a board-game in order not to get bored.  She thought that if this tool helped her face her challenges, it could also help others facing the same. 

She knew that confidence doesn't happen overnight.  It grows through practice.  She made it fun for herself and in an engaging way.

What began as a simple idea evolved into something much bigger: an intellectual property with the power to help others prepare for an interview success.

Today, Maricarmen is more than a game creator. She is an entrepreneur, an innovator, and an example of what is possible when determination meets opportunity.
