A young woman with intellectual disability was preparing for a job interview when she found it boring answering questions after questions.  At that moment she asked her job coach to make the mock interview more interesting and fun for her.  That’s how she designed Roll the Job!  A boardgame in order not to get bored.  She thought that if this tool helped her face her challenges, it could also help others facing the same.
